パターンも少し問題が、今度再注文するときは図で説明せねば・・・

Woody's Custom Cycling Fenders ②

さて、組み付けです。　フロントはボルトオンで付け替えのみ、すんなり終了
Let's built it. Front fender exchange the old one easily, no problem.


次は問題のリヤ、26'設定のBig Dummyに29er(700c)サイズを組み込んでいるので難航しました
Next is rear. My Big Dummy was builted not 26' but 29er(700c) wheel that
have hardly clearance between rear tire and frame. Progress was difficult.

フェンダーの厚みの為ホイールが接触し取り付けが出来ない事態が発生
Rear wheel contacted with the frame. The fender thicker than old plastic one...

フレーム側を調べてみるとフェンダー取り付け部分(外径12mm)が5mm程一段高くなっています
I found out the frame fender mount rise Φ=12mm x 5mm height.


そこでフェンダーの5mm取り付け穴を13mmに拡大し取り付け、
Then, Fender 5mm mount hole enlarged to 13mm.



そして、シートステーへの取り付け穴(5mm x2)を開け付属金具で固定
And, Drilled 1/4 inc(about 5mm) hole x2. Mounting the base on seat stay.


無事取り付け完了!!
Let's get it finish!!


逃がし加工がしてありよく考えられてます
Very considered, Cutted the meddle part.

そのうちデッキ類も同パターンに
SNAP DECK and Paul FLATBED will make the same pattern.

なんだかんだでドタバタしています・・・

少し余裕が欲しいのですが謀ったかのように面倒事が・・・


今はトラ車がありませんのでストレスが溜まります

購入候補はあるんですが、如何せん景気が悪う御座います
